not sure that article has anything to do with being gay? they’re taking people with mental illness’s off the road which they say transgender and transexuals suffer with (i agree). Not sure what it has to do with driving ability though.
i think you’re confusing it with the documentary on youtube where russians have created gangs to lure and trap gay people to abuse and expose them which is disgusting.
Although I may not agree with Russias stance on this I do have to admire their non PC take on things.
