The guys who know about this stuff ( not me !) moved the forums to a brand new shiny server overnight, apparently there’s still a few tweaks left to do, but fingers crossed it should be fine now.

Getting better all the time. Sometimes doesn’t “return to forum” like it should, but we’re getting there. I know it’s annoying but I reckon we owe a vote of thanks to the bods who are sorting the problems out.

I don’t know why we’re all moaning so much over the technology breaking down. Don’t we remember all those sh*tty things from years ago?
Throttle pedals that did nothing until they were halfway down. Gear levers that pleased themselves which ratio they ended up in. Ratchet handbrakes that fled off if you as much as breathed too heavily. Those clockwork indicator switches that cancelled just as you were about to make the turn… Sloping engine covers that deposited your blanket and tobacco tin in the passenger footwell. Gardner engines firing up in reverse and filling the cab with smoke. Air-operated power steering that ran out of air and left you broadside across a busy street trying to build up pressure.
How soon we forget!

Can you now please help me to master my mobile telephone…oh and the new PC, that my family have treated me to…on condition that my move from the old pig styes, to the converted cow shed is done soon!!! (and they have treated me to a thing called a scanner…cant understand the instructions, obviously translated direct from the Korean)!!! Having seen the old photographs that I have dug out.
