Rugby truckstop is contactable by phone. For the time it’s taken you to ■■■■ pot around on here asking inane questions, you could have phoned them and found out the answer 
I can only speak for the esl side of the pumps and there a pain in the arsenal for not working , and yea ring but it always seems to be women in shop answering phone calls on parking etc so I suspect they’d take your phone call on whether the pumps are working or not , which ones and not have a clue .
think you’ve just got to take a chance or I use dav 1 ( tesco ) a fair bit but doubt a option for you
Google maps is also available on most people’s phones but they still start a thread saying that their parking in such n such and what do people recommend…
