That’s be ejected from a dustcard either 6 wheeler rearloader or a big up and over one as rubbish is to crushed for a 40ft bin and to well spread out in a line as well , so it’s been ejected out of a RCV body
Suspect that will be easy enough to trace if someone wants to go through it. Find a few adresses, fine the people for not using an auth waste remover and lovely salt of the earth travelling folk get away with it again.

Reminds me of the curtain siders that get dumped CURTAINS bursting with waste all around River road Barking/A13/Rainham/Purfleet area.
It’s def an effective way to get rid of waste but a articulated lorry filled with waste is a lot to get rid of.

I’d personally say walking floor myself, alot quiter to dump all that crap than with a ejector

If there’s a will theres a way. 
I noticed a few round here have tipper trucks laying around, most likely for tarmac, so wouldn’t be a major issue. At least means they are still skilled at roping and sheeting else it would all blow off the back.

That reminds me, saw one of those a few weeks ago around there ex a firm that used to be a major hirer, looked like it had been reversed into a bridge!
