RTT driver Training Ipswich

I know they no longer exist, and haven’t done in a number of years.

But I passed my Class 2 with them many years ago. I now want to take my Class 1, I heard the guy who trained me started up his own Training company.

His name was Kevin I think and he had long hair. Does this ring a bell to anyone ? Does anyone know if he I still around ? The guy was a really good trainer it would be nice to have the same guy. I heard he had taken 1 of there old Merc lorries I have no idea if that was true.

Were they the ones in Gippeswyk Avenue ?

I never knew there was one up Gippeswyk but after just googling it yes it was them up there. I only dealt with there Claydon office back when I did the class 2. They used to keep there lorries up Great Blakenham and have a office at Claydon and up Gippeswyk too I see.
