had a phone call from a mates wife he has just had £4600 for a mths work from KBR 
well guys and girls looks as if i am off to IRAQ again with KBR.
yes i know i wouldnt touch them with a barge pole but needs must.
am speaking to the guy monday pm to finalise going over to Houston for induction prob 1st or second week of June.

neil46 It looks like you have become an adrenaline junky. It used to happen to war corrospondents. They found that couldn`t get to sleep in safe places like the UK & were only at ease in combat zones…Trouble is that if you have a specialist skill & expierience that can make you good money its hard to settle to civilian life…Stay Lucky. The only time you will stop this business is when they make you. This is not a criticism . This is something you are good at long may you enjoy it. Its right up my street as well but I think I have retired…Always threaten to get on the road again…But not UK…

Have you seen how the US Army do their ‘bases’■■?
When I was in Bosnia I had a few jobs in the Eagle Base - Tuzla (US Army). Bearing in mind we’d not long had Corrimecs (sort of Portakabins) but they were basic to say the least, the Americans had an air-conditioned coach to ferry them around camp, a restaurant (not a cookhouse!) that had limitless ‘Dr. Pepper’ fridges and at least 10 varieties of ice-cream; a cinema and bowling alley, not to mention a PX (shop) that stocked anything and everything!!! 
I know Neil had a nice-looking apartment last time but I wouldn’t have been put-off by having to live on camp, far from it!!! I would, however, have most likely become fat, very fat!!

What a strange value system you have , Personally its the thought of someone shooting at me with a mind not to miss that puts me off

I didn’t express myself very well due to being tired. Last time Neil was in an apartment based in Kuwait. Only really faced the pressure whilst on convoy. Based on a US camp in Iraq which has the threat of being attacked at any time didn’t do a lot for me
