G’day. Looking for some route advice from the Gaw Blimey Mob, re a drop I have in London later this week.
Heading to Wembley Hill Rd, (from t’north) and looking at either using the M1 or the M40/A40. I used to live in Ruislip so I know the '40 can be a pig from High Wycombe south in rush hour. I’m assuming, being the south east, that most routes would be the same, but ■■■■ nav seems to favour the M1 route in, even though it’s slightly longer for me.
Any route advice gratefully received!

Very true about the 40 from 06:30 onwards its disaster, I haven’t used the M1 in a long time but I agree with u think it s ur best bet

M40 - it’s a no brainier mate. I run to that area of London every week - at least once… from Brum.
P.S. You can stop at Beaconsfield Services and have a 45 - gives you a clear run into Wembley. Don’t even think about having a 45 in that area of London!
