I may have a job coming up in Harrogate but it’s to far to travel everyday, does anyone know of anywhere to stay within about 5 miles. I won’t be driving so will be clean, don’t need feeding only a room and shower.
Good but a bit to expensive, only looking for a room in a house for between 2 and 6 nights per week for up to 6 months
Google hostel booking websites, there are no age limits, i used one for a concert in Manchester to see Morrisey, the guests were from all walks of life, friendly.
The kitchen is free to use, to make toast for breakfast or cook a meal, the dormitories are shared, so expect disturbed sleep with people packing for early morning flights or night clubbers coming back a bit tipsy.
The dorms can be for one to twenty guests or pay more for a private room.
As you can expect, the smell in the room can be a shocker, with damp clothing drying and ■■■■■■■ and snoring in the night, so ear plugs are a must have.
There will be laundry facilities, use of computers, a safe or locker to store stuff.
