I don’t know why “sparks would fly”, I’ve read that he’s generally a nice bloke who on that occasion made a fool of himself.
I have some sympathy for the bloke to be honest, he made a ■■■■ of himself but didn’t deserve the publicity he got for it, it’s not like he got out of the car and hammered an innocent scooter rider, the scooter rider baited him and he got wound up by it, he was stupid but hardly the first person to do get irate in a moment of stupidity.
The prick with the camera is another story altogether 
Having said that I agree it would be a new low for CBB.
