Hi good people, does anyone know of a firm that supplies roller sun blinds for trucks? Im sure Im not alone in experiencing dangerous levels of bedazzlement in the evenings, and of course a goodly number of you will have the same thing in the mornings.
You could always ask your boss for a stralis. They’ve got a roller sun blind.[emoji23]
Most coaches have them, consider a career change?
The Daf I’m driving temp for a guy on holiday has a roller on the side, but not to the front. And there’s a gap between them that the A-frame doesn’t cover so I cop it morning and evening when driving East-West and vice versa. Its a 62, so maybe this year they’ve improved things, cos my 57 just has a small flap on a frame so theres some progress going on…

Hi ive had the same prob. bright sunlight inbettween the two sun visors one cure ive seen is fablon sticky back plastic cut to shape and stuck on the windscreen (inside) and along the quater light this does help also depends if its your regular truck or not
New MANs are the biggest joke. Sunblinds to the front and side. Excellent except that theres’s a massive gap between the drivers front and side and you can’t lower the passenger side one from the drivers seat.

And the new styley Volvo has one too.
Just buy some cool dude sunglasses !
And look like a seventies ■■■■■ star.
Don’t have that problem in a xf, one blind the whole width of the windscreen
The FH 750 I sometimes drive has a nice full width electric roller blind - that is good,
The FM’s don’t have it & they are cr@p
How about a set of made to measure Venetians.Failing that , wooden shutters or develop a squint.
The blinds in Magnums are proper.
This is why we have two hands, one for steering your auto truck and one for shading your eyes.
What if you get itchy nads on a roundabout?
