I carry a block of wood with me for same reason, (well a few really as I keep leaving them behind in a morning :unamused: .)
Was once warned by a (decent) copper who could just as easily have nicked me, for putting my front wheel on the kerb, so carried one around since then.

That must be a bit of a sod, carrying a copper around.

I’m just gonna bite the pillow and get a jack from the workshop so I can get nice and straight in bed.
If there’s no jacks available there’s always roger or brian.

I must confess I’m equally fussy about a level nights kip. I just hate it when I wake up and my knees are by my ears. Ironically this is my favourite position for the wife to go to sleep.

So a guy parked up next to me, went and got some rocks then reversed over them so the near side wheel is resting on top of it.

Any explanation why? His wheel looks all deformed resting on it, can’t imagine it’s good in the long run

I didn’t want to go ask him myself in case he thought we where both insane.

The we where both insane was more in the theme of I thought he was insane to put rocks under his truck and he would think I was insane asking him why he was doing it,
