Does anybody remember said truck (Foden d/drive) also the driver. very pleasant chap , must have been ex military by his manner. Anyway was weekended in France(nr Bonnville late 80s ish) and it seemed he done a full service on his truck while we were parked up

yes had a weekend with this guy at val gelon on way up to the frejus think his name was eddie he was a long term subbie for wrefords and e.m rogers as well, like you say was a lovely guy, spent the weekend swaping wheels around on a wrefords trailer he was pulling think most of the boys that were on italy will know this guy, last i heard he was doing uk only work with the foden.
“Spent the weekend swapping wheels on the trailer”, fair play to him,did he ever take it easy ? . . .and if hes still running that Foden - blimey ,that truck must have paid for itself 100 times over by now!! - good luck to the fella
