It’s so when your sat sitting,again in the roadwork’s you can wonder what does that different coloured cone mean.
It’s like that sign with the milkybar kid looking child on it that says “take care my dad works here” or something similar.
Hate to tell you kid but your dad don’t work there. Nobody works there.

I seen these in a country park just outside Glasgow, they have sensors around them with lights and speaker looking things on it, I think they are some sort of alarm, probably sprays that smart water on them with sticky fingers lol
