Lost nearly half an hour at Swineshead today, and then later on the M62 spent an hour waiting for the boys in blue to turn up at the scene of an accident. “I saw the whole thing, governor.”As it was, they didn’t need a statement, but I was due a break anyway.

I just give up at Newport Pagnell on a Friday afternoon & night out to run in to Birmingham Saturday mornings if I’m down that way, I just can’t be arsed with Friday traffic.
What’s with the getting stressed out in traffic. If you’re stuck, you’re stuck. Been there, done that. Whatever the cause, accident / numptys watching it, breakdown, roadworks, etc, you ain’t going anywhere, so relax. Even if you were being paid by the trip, there’s nowt you can do about it. I will admit that it really ■■■■■■■ annoys me to see these tossers that have to rubber neck at smash ups, but what can you do.
