Ridiculous road rage video driver deserves banning!!!
chuffin hell. It takes a special kind of bellendery to bring traffic to a standstill on a motorway so you can lean out the window to voice your displeasure (despite being at fault for cutting across two lanes of traffic) .
Although our dash cam filmer might get a bit more sympathy for being cut up if he hadnt then gone on to sit 6 inches off the arse of a citroen

especially in a fully liveried un taxed and therefore uninsured van with your contact details all over it now that takes being a bellend to the next level suspect a p45 is on its way to the driver .also think he had little choice than to run up close to the citreon he had just been forced to change lanes by the tool in the van if you look he backs off strait away as he gets things under control
why is it all builders tradesman etc drive like knobs
That’s shocking!
Would really need to see previous 5 minutes, but presuming nothing had happened before what we see in the video.
Van has found himself in wrong lane and needs to move left to exit motorway at junction, he does cut in very sharply in front of lorry, lets assume poor driving skills (there is lots of it about and we need to cater for it) it would then appear the van is slowed considerably by the fiesta who presumably is also wanting to filter to the left. Lorry driver seems to loose his professionalism here, (he will be seeing crap driving evryday, why is he getting rattled by it), he pulls out, blasts horn at van driver then rather pointlessly starts to tailgate the small Citroen. Then we see an astonishing act of road rage by the van driver.
If I were judge;
Van Driver; permanent loss of driving licence + £1,000 fine, background reports needed to see if custodial sentence would also be appropriate.
Truck Driver; should have stayed cool, shouldn’t have got involved, shouldn’t have tailgated small car, 3 penalty points + £100

According to the .gov.uk website the van is taxed but the MOT ran out on 9th September 2015.
It’s not often I say this but I hope he loses his licence for that bit of stupidity on a motorway, what a jerk
Seen a similar thing happen on the m6 one night going through a stretch of roadworks and it started because the lorry driver for some reason didn’t want anyone overtaking him so he decided to straddle the middle and outside lanes. He was a lucky lad he had his door locked and didn’t get a good kicking in the middle of the road
Safe to say the video has gone viral including shown on live leak. I bet his mobile voicemail box is full up.

Not having a current Road Tax does not invalidate vehicle insurance and neither does not having an MOT.
A cheap and cheerful Insurer can try and say not having an MOT invalidates a policy but it cannot enforce this
He was convicted 5 years ago too
ANTHONY PAUL CAIRNS, aged 37, of Acresfield Road, Irlams o’th’ Height, was found guilty in his absence of failing to produce a licence, insurance or test certificate, and was fined £55 with £50 costs.

Must have changed his name to Ronnie Pickering (who ?)
Should have given him a reet good shunt when he had his stupid mug stuck out the window, see what he looked like with his teeth all smashed in against that b pillar… T**T
Not quite sure why some drivers (not just truckers) have this urge to give these long aggressive blasts on their horns AFTER the event. It has more to do with poor adjustment mechanisms, than accepting the fact that some people just have poor driving skills, or have made an error of judgement when out on the road.
Having said that though, the clown in the van that deliberately stopped traffic on a busy live motorway deserves to lose his license for dangerous driving. Absolutely no excuse for putting the lives of the innocent motorists behind at risk like that.
What a complete and utter ■■■■ that guy is.
I wonder if the law has seen that vid.
Never been one for grassing but would make an exception in that bell’s case, if only to save lives in the future…including his. .
What a tool
I don’t think he got as close to the Citroen as it looks, just the camera angle

I agree. When you look at how close the van gets to the camera when he brake tests the truck and there is no contact made then the Citroen must have been further away than it looked.

Why try to defend the clown. He was too close and did you ever wonder why the van driver acted like he did?
A couple of clowns who both deserve to be put off the roads.
