If there was any justice in the world it should have been the people carrier guy on the floor for cutting in front.

Why? Cut in like that and the people carrier deserves all he gets no ? - all on camera, not that the van driver would have known, so a open and shut case in terms of traffic offences / insurance.
Of course the alternative is to jump out start a fight and land on your arse looking like a prize one clown
Hi viz man definitely bit off more than he could chew there, a good reason why you should never pick a fight with somebody that you know nothing about, he could have been West Mids amateur Middleweight champ for all he knew.

I had a lapse of red mist about 15yrs ago, this knob was baiting me with coffee shaker signals and brake tests on the Mway, (with kids in his car ) after he had cut me up and I reacted by blasting my Supertruckertrainhorns at him, which seemed to annoy him.
Traffic eventually came to a halt for some reason , I got out wanting to strangle him, he locked his doors and said nothing the spineless ■■■■ , …but what really got to me was the look of terror on his wife and kid’s faces as I approached the car.
I felt utterly ashamed and have never done it again.
I just let it wash over me nowadays, and laugh at them.
However, my patience is severely challenged when a truck cuts in on me after (almost 
) overtaking me, THAT is my pet hate.
The worst was the absolute ■■■■ end about 2 wks ago, who cut in on me under that bridge on the M5 north near Frankley n.bound…where there is no hard shoulder, I had 2 choices brake up hard, or bury myself in the bridge wall.
I really hoped he was parked in Frankley when I got there, lucky for him, but more so me, he was not, or I would now be doing time for the ■■■■■.

So you would willingly cause an accident only due to the fact that somebody cut in front of you? Albeit it would not be deemed your fault. Sociopathy is what springs to mind.

He forced the van driver to do an emergency stop. If he was that wound up to go out and carry an assault he would have been better off stuffing it right into the back of him.
The way I look at it is you can’t avoid some ■■■ pulling in front of you and forcing you to stop from a whopping 3mph, but you can certainly control your reaction to the event. Blow the horn, wave some fingers, let it go. You will not be the “winner”, nor will the other side learn anything from you crashing into them, so be the bigger man and accept the fact that ■■■■ happens.

I can’t be arsed to watch it again, but unless I missed a bit, it was hardly an emergency stop, in fact it looked to me that the people carrier started to edge in BEFORE hi vizman actually set off from stopped, but he just carried on moving, then braked for dramatic effect …but as I said, maybe I missed a bit or did not watch the full footage.
