Hi, Anyone no anything about RNJ Associate Ltd ? Especially what they are like to work for, any info whould be appreciated.
Any lot who describe themselves as ‘Associates’ would be ones I steer well clear of. 
A little more basic info about them would help us to help you. Maybe a link to their website, address where they are situated, type of work they do etc. This will save us googling and getting incorrect results.

I was hoping someone on here was working for them, if so just the name would suffice, all I no is they are an agency based in London who have advertised for a job in Birmingham & the training is down in Avonmouth, its ADR work in tankers, I have sent off my cv had a phone call conversation & getting a call on Friday to discuss further. Having only had to apply for 1 job in twenty years I’m unsure of the legitimacy of the whole thing.
