As we know the m 4 crossing has weight restrictions in force. While they strengthen the bridge

So all hgvs have to use the m 48

According to this article though there looking at plans to ban trucks from using the m 48 crossing during rush hour. 7 30 until 9. 30
Due to the increased traffic and hgvs in the surrounding area.
But it does say if plans are accepted during rush hour trucks will be allowed to use the m 4 as an alternative route.
All very confusing if it gets passed in

Right did you actually proof read your post ?
Might want to change it as its the M48 bridge with a weight restriction not M4 prince of wales

Yes it’s m 48 with weight restrictions.
Anyway basically residents in surrounding areas are complaining about traffic in the area during rush hour.
So there thinking banning trucks during rush hour times.
and making them use m 4 instead but only during rush hour.
That’s of they get approval
