Same old story then, wonder if this time he will end up with board & lodge?.. I’m sure if you’ve ever driven for this snake you’d not be surprised at all.

New company probably already set up and just snoozing

What am I missing here?
Two related companies, going for 27years, and 12years, have lost their major client and gone bust.

I was thinking the same, 27 years hardly seems the normal run up loads of debts, go bust and re-start operation. Is there more to the story that isn’t being reported?

Same here, the only issue i see here is that of all or most eggs in one basket, though if you operate water/water waste tankers you have limited scope for finding new large scale clients.

It might be interesting to surmise why the customer has gone back to in house transport, it isn’t the first time this has happened though its rare enough, it’s usually about taking back control when the contractor doesn’t have the same commitment to service no matter what as the client does, whether a privatised water monopoly would have these issues is a debatable point.

Yup, plant hire. Allegedly!

If you can’t see no wrong then I can only assume you know nothing of the history of said company’s, one which was doing ok before his involvement. Luckily for the decent man with morals the judge didn’t see it that way.

I’d never heard of either company before your post, so “No.” No idea of their history.
What judge? What did the judge say in what case please?
