It’s class 2 rigid tipper (I know a lot of class 1 who earn less)
It’s time and 1/2 after 45hours.
Start time is pretty much to suit the driver.
Yep, self loading on a JCB telehandler, takes about 10mins.
No running bent, it’s on other work whilst loading.
DCPC paid for.
Yearly payrises.
Nobody with a telehandler ticket is going to work for £9.20 an hour
Put telehandler in on Indeed and then reconsider your rates.
I hate to point this out to you, but you are only going to attract the bottom few rungs of the driving ladder.
A tele handler ticket is worth £15ph locally, if you couple that with an LGV C licence with tipper experience then you’re going to be mightily dissapointed in anyone who has to apply.
