Ride like thunder

Yup, you certainly do seem to revel in starting flame wars…

Ross you troll…

ERF MAN:

Ross v stobart:
Your all working bent with your 70 to 80 hours a week

to quote yourself…

Ross v stobart:
If you believe this post shows evidence of an offence please forward your concerns to the relevant authorities.

And after reading your million word post about your ordeal with Stobarts, im surprised there arent lots of photos of your ugly mug in between each post you make.

Must be spring. I can hear a cuckoo

Obviously Eddie owed him a living, maybe this prat is the Eddie driver who parked the car transporter up the farm track and got the elbow

Yes thats right I am the driver whos wheel fell of as i was trying to get out of the door and I was trapped against the wall.
That was me who ran down the bank on the M6

Did you see my recent incident where I went right through the roundabout.

Steady now.

I was sacked for driving into a farm in my eddie Stobarts truck and trailer.
Its a fair cop.

Here’s some of my recent deliveries.
Nice day for a picnic

I assume that the section from your tribunal judgement was the bit BEFORE they kicked your claim out?

Yes that’s right.
Just before the ■■■■ hit the fan I was a star stobart trucker.
Obviously once I refused to run bent and drive tired with bald tires and ■■■■ on the catwalk, well that’s another story.

The Sarge:

The claim was booted out because I didn’t have a years service.
Without the required service the burden of proof is upon the claimant.
In short if the burden is on one party then its almost impossible to shift that burden.
In this case the managers were found unreliable but even that couldn’t budge the burden.

I do unfortunately know of sad cases where eddie Stobarts drivers working for dodgy transport operators.
Do owe some a living.
Fortunately not me.

This post just shows the bloke is a knob and a liar. Stobarts with bald tyres, and if you do show a photograph, there is only one person to blame, the driver. I don’t believe you that Stobarts do not have a proven tyre maintenance system in place.

Ride like lightning and crash like thunder
A post about a maniac motorcyclist.
Unfortunately hijacked by trolls looking for mischief.
Well as the trolls keep on trying to point our that eddie Stobarts are the bees knees, lets set the record straight.

Senior Manager Gary Duckworth fell to bits.
He was a gibbering wreck.
Gary is the national operations manager.
Gary wears a badge to remind him of his position at Eddie Stobarts.
