A work colleague of mine is off to work for Richard Read out of Gloucestershire.

Can anyone give me some information on them,in order that I may pass it onto him,before he goes? (Apart from the fact he runs ERF’s!!!)

I used to work for George Read, Richard junior’s cousin, just up the road in Mitcheldean.
I now work for Worcester Truck Services who have got connections with RR since the MAN/ERF takeover.
All I know is that they haul a lot of Ribena & Lucozade out of Coleford.
I know a couple of Harold Read’s drivers and some of the Richard Read workshop and parts staff, but I never got to know any of the drivers so I can’t give you any info on what they are like as an employer.

So, all in all, this post was of no help whatsoever. :unamused:
