ETA: Are you sure it’s rice? Not mice? Or ice? There’s a place that makes ice cubes near Gatwick. I thought I was once told to load tins, turned out to be skins, an unpleasant surprise.

The Ruby Convenience Store, pretty sure they supply rice and they are in Reigate. Might not have enough stock in the shop, but pretty sure within 5 minutes they’ll have a contact for you to collect it from.
