Get a long bamboo stick or similar,to pay at the tolls,saves sliding accross the seat,or getting out the cab.Attach a mug or cup,so the toll staff can put the change and receipts in for you.They think it is funny when you pull up.

On those lines what about keeping a card with the words spelt backwards in black felt tip “REAR FOGS ON” and holding it to the windscreen when in slow traffic to save burning your retinas out. You can even add your own expletives if you want.
I used to drive a left â– â– â– â– â– â– working out of Felixstowe, when you leave there they hold a long broom handle out with a bulldog clip taped to the end to put your ticket on, they do exactly the same when you enter/exit Ashford truckstop. Makes sense really.
Best to get toll box, beep off you go, before that i had ,peage gimp, i mean porter
