While I can’t tell you what their pay is, I was talking to a fellow agency driver last week, and he has worked there on the agency as a tramper, and they like you to get the hours in. Whether that also applies to staff drivers, I don’t know. Mind you, if your away all week, then it doesn’t really matter if your working to the max.
Also he said there tackle is well looked after, so no worries there.
Others may tell you different, but like I say, that comes from an agency driver.

i enquired a good few years ago, if you don’t have ADR they’ll put you through, but you pay them back out of overtime earnings, then once you’ve been there a year or maybe 2? they’ll pay you it back. something like that anyway.
afaik the vast majority of the their work is delivering fert to farms
