Ok, so they say to return your tachos to the person that “employed” you first that week.

As I run my own Ltd for consultancy stuff and also run my driving through it (not OD) then who do I return my tachos to?

I was returning them to the first company I worked for but someone pointed out I may have to keep them myself.

So is it who first “employs you” which would be me as I am emoployed by my own Ltd company or whose O-Licence you first drive on that week.

Not you, you don’t have an O licence and even if you did you wouldn’t be driving another Operator’s vehicle under it. It is the operator who must retain the records for 1 year, 2 if they are being used to record WTD activity, and you are not an operator.
