I’ve read some stories here of drivers losing their license etc because of medical problems and I was in the same boat about 4 years ago. Got put on Medication for a broken back and immediately lost my license. Since then I’ve had 2 operations and numerous procedures and lost 4 stone in weight and feel much better and mobility has improved to the point I’m as agile as I was before breaking my back.
Anyway my medication said DO NOT DRIVE so that’s how my license was revoked but one day reading the leaflet inside the box the instructions said DRIVE IF FEEL ABLE TO. So off to docs I go and since I never got the horror symptoms the leaflet said I’d get I passed my medical and got license back. So it just goes to show that you should read the information carefully on any medication prescribed and never give up if you’ve had your license revoked.
