they are really in the middle of nowhere there to be honest, the best advise I can offer is get a shower at one of the services near by then park in a town close by.

Not a lot from experience. I have spent more weekends in Feluy than I care to remember. Best thing is grab a few bottles of wine from Delhaize and a few cobs and self cater. If you are a cab rat there is the frite shop in the benders layby on the motorway
so good I told you twice. 
feluy is a right hole but try going with the unit only into the village
you may find it easy to find a place and there are some pubs there
if your driver is parked up at a factory get him to ask the security guard at the gate the do OFTEN speak english u know
There is a resturant at Houdeng eaten there several times also truck wash right next door,usally a few s&k parked up on the estate.
