Lets keep this simple. If i reduce my DAILY rest once in a week to 9 hours, i need 2 hours compensation. If i take say 49 hours WEEKLY rest do the extra hours take care of my daily rest compensation?. Never had to worry about this before. Thanks.

Or if you take a 13 hour daily rest it would also compensate, as would 2 x 12 hour daily rest periods. That’s keeping it simple, as there are other ways which can be more complicated.
