There are small yellow metal signs, which are Jubilee clipped to every lamppost on the public road on Westpark industrial estate Wellington Somerset TA21 9AD.
This road is off the Shell and Travelodge roundabout and the family pub at Chelston.
The sign says no lorries to be parked on the road, and you will reported to the Traffic Commissioner.
But they have put an E on the end of the word Commissioner.
There are no signs saying private road, its public, what the hell is got to with the TC and what law or rules have been broken ?
Its handy for drivers with Subway in the Shell or a meal in the pub.
With young drivers not wanting to join the industry, I don’t blame them with signs like this .
Don’t park on the other estate where Nissan is, there is somebody that drives around in a car, I woke to my trailer doors open, adr plates up, which Iddidn’t need them up, and my side cab locker door open.

Does the lamppost number label have Somerset cc phone number on for light faults ? if so ignore yellow signs as road is 100% public and only yellow lines or no parking signs with clearway symbol are legal means of parking enforcement
No single or double yellow lines on the road, no signs on the entrance to say no parking, so a driver parks up for daily rest, and then see the pathetic sign the size of a chocolate bar with an aggressive threat of tea and biscuits withBeverly Bell and shot at dawn.
Or sent to Siberia on a one way ticket to break up rocks with a toffee hammer.
