I’m renewing my O license as its up at the end of march. I received my renewing application in the post on Friday.
The only section I don’t understand Is the inspection and maintenance section. If nothing has changed, do I just tick the two boxes or do I need to put the addresses of the work shop I use again?

it was a few years ago, but, i think you just tick the boxes if it is the same, but, you will have to show the financial standing again

On the financial section, you’ve just got to put in a box what’s the avg of my account over the last 3 months.
It also says, they may ask for evidence
If stuck, ring the Traffic Office. You should have a nominated clerk for your licence and in my experience, they are more than helpful - if you asking them gets the form filled out correctly, it makes their life easier when they receive it!

No you dont… if nothing has changed from your last application 5yrs ago you just send the forms back in as normal you only have to show funding if you are adding more vehicles etc quite simples really 
repair work/servivcing etc unless again you are changing garages or service intervals jsut tick your boxes as same as first app,
