Well i have copies of the licence but not the medical form
the joy of agency no work so the fact the licence expires midnight is bye the bye
Ahh the old DVLA lost document scam, and the Medical Dep at the Swansea will swear blind they’ve never received it.
Unfortunately all post received by them is scanned onto the computer then discarded, and if they didn’t match the documents up to your reference number then its 
.com, you’ll more than likely have to send off another set of medical forms

got through on phone this morning
My licence medical form has reached the medical office.
They will send me a letter stating i can use my entitlements…
why oh why cant they complete my application

Its how they work at in the Medical department, its deemed to have arrived when it gets scanned onto the computer, the Hospital sent the results for my Myocardial Scan for the second time on the 28th November, on the 14th December the DVLA ‘‘received’’ them 
I rang DVLA on the 23rd December and they were currently looking at results ‘‘received’’ in early November
if a pallet of goods arrived at a RDC
and they took so long to process it
everything would be past its sellby date
I rang the DVLA on Wednesday they confirmed they had received
my application and would send me a letter confirming my entitlements
this arrived today why couldnt they just process my licence
still no work
licence arrived in the post today
so have been running around showing it off
