Anyone have any ideas why the caution light has come on and what those codes are?

CCM is Central Control Module
Would that cause the warning light to be on though? I’ve only got to make it through tomorrow then I’m done until Tuesday!!

Climate Control Module - Has a glitch in the software and shows up active all the time - If you clear the defects with Tech Tool it just comes back as active again - Doesn’t put any warning lights on though.
we have a renault that has lit up the warning triangle , its been to renault and they say the adblue system is the problem… something to do with consumption and metering.
