hi guys, couldn’t find anything in the search so i hope im not going over old ground, i drive a Renault T480 and the screen will not load i believe its called the roadpad system, it just stays on with the renault logo, unless you connect via bluetooth but you have to delete the truck and start a fresh, every time the truck is off for more than an hour, i have tried doing a reset via the hazard switch any other ideas ?
Take it in to the dealership.
Could be faulty. Could be a self check its getting held up on. Either way these things are not really designed to be fixed by a trucker especially as 9/10 with these type of things it is a software issue.
I guess you could have a look into updating the firmware. But I would not be surpised if you needed an actually diagnostic kit to do that which most people do not have.
