Renault premium fault code

Hi all.I have an 08 ish Renault premium that keeps flashing up workshop stop.when I go to on dash diagnostics I get fault code mid 136 Sid 73 FYI 1.I know it relates to ebs but can’t find any info for the rest.Could someone help me out with some more info.

MID 136. SID 73. FMI 1 = O/S Axle 2 Brake Wear Sensor - Reading outside normal operating band.

Thanks for your help neversweat1.Ive ordered a new sensor for the caliper.Hopefully that should sort the problem.
