Hi. I have an 07 magnum and would really like to connect my iPhone directly to the stereo?? I’ve been using an fm transmitter for years and its far from ideal.
Just wondering if anybody could point me in the right direction please??
im not 100% sure but I would say that if you use a fm receiver now ? you will not have a iphone connection on the sterio your currently using, so you will prob have to buy a new sterio that does have a iphone connection ?
I’m wondering if its possible to run a lead from the back of the stereo. It seems, going on the dashboard menus it has an auxiliary setting on it? Just want some advice as I know from new these were pre wired for everything, the oven, cab phone cb etc.
Just hoping to find somebody who’s managed to do it and how??
If its the same radio fitted to the premium, then there is no way to directly connect an iPod/MP3 player to it.
I have a little hole at the front of my sterio that I can plug my iphone into then I have to put it on to aux and I can then use the iphone ?
There are no ports or sockets on the front of it sadly.
Ports for mine are on a plate above stereo, usb and jack.
I wish mine were…you obviously have the newer magnum all I have above mine is a little tray to store things

You could store your iphone in there.
