Hi all,
Any one know of any one breaking a 03 Magnum 440 with Mack engine. I am looking for heater box that is fitted next to nearside wheel. It contains heater matrix, fan, ac evaporator etc. Renault seem to have a few versions of these. This one is made by Behr. It has a blue 25 pin plug with about 16 wires going to it. We will need it coming into the winter.

if your heater is not working its probably the wires on the ecu inside the box gone green and fell off
a new loom is about 550 quid so what i did was solder wires onto the ecu pins then connect them to the loom and mine works mint now
just do a good wiring diagram before you start chopping
you may have a different problem but if the same as me hope this helps

Heater is not working as it was made bits of when nearside wheel had a blow out. Have heater from older Magnum, but wiring and components are different. May be able to transfer wiring and ECU to older heater, but have no wiring diagram, also have noticed connections corroded where they were exposed.
Have you tried this lot?
I’ve used the loads of time for bits for my Premium and find them to be very good.

ive tried most of the breakers with no joy
you could try snows coomercials i never tried them
or you could try putting your bits in the older heater box
otherwise you will have to look into europe such as trucks.nl

Paul I Crossheights dont have heater. March717, yes Snows have 2 but they are a later revision, so I will try and do a wiring diagram from broken bits and transfer to complete box. Bazstan, thanks for Scorpion link.
