Here’s a interesting video on Mick’s Garage from Ireland. Instead of during a clamp off, the bloke in the van simply takes the whole wheel assembly off!

I’m not sure the policeman was right when he said avoiding paying the fine was the same as making off without payment, from a restaurant for example. I suspect this was from before the clamping ban.

That’s what I thought!

Some can be gotten off by just taken some air out of the tyre, but as said above the grinder and a cutting disc does the job right.
