Slightly left field but someone I know passed away last week she was only 24 had two little kids but sadly was a troubled soul.
Anyway people have been posting on her Facebook I am in a dilemma do I remove her as a friend as obviously she won’t be on there but it just seems disrespectful.
I personally would remove as that person has passed on
Depends how close you were i suppose. If an aquantance died I’d remove them, but a close friend died a few years ago and am still friends on there and I’ll never remove my brother. I think the profile of someone who has died is quite a nice way to share thoughts and memories with others.

We buried a good friend two years ago, but we are all friends with him, he posted so much good stuff, music and jokes, it would be wrong to delete all that
A couple of lads local to me were killed in a car crash about three years ago. One of them was very popular, especially with the ladies and even now, three years on, his Facebook page still gets messages posted on it nearly every day. It’s like a shrine and I think it’s a good thing.
I’ve always wondered if Facebook have a policy of deleting accounts that have been inactive for a certain amount of time though?
My Son’s page is still very active. People post on there almost daily. Leave it if it makes you and others happy.
They were friends for a reason.
Agree with above seen a few profiles that people have passed away people still post on it
I guess it’s good to go back and just look at there pics ect ect
Leave it alone, sometimes its nice just to go back and have a read and look about once you delete its gone.have my cousins still on y page and would never delete it .its a connection.
this is a website a few people use to build a lasting memorial to loved ones…
and i think you can link it to facebook.
My family will get my facebook details, so they can finally get me playing farmville when I die.
I have left it on and it has been quite nice to read the messages and stuff.
A mate of mine was killed last year . On a couple of occasions , admittedly after a beer , I’ve posted on his page . Makes no sense I realise , but nonetheless , and it’s good to go through picture albums now and again and remember the good times he had .
