Is this the start of another journal LORRY STRIKE campaign
Trailer collapsed onto cars
After a period of calm a lorry has hit one of grantham s low railway bridges
The hgv hit the bridge in harlaxton road yesterday afternoon causing the road to be closed and cars diverted
It’s trailer collapsed onto two cars that were travelling behind it,no injuries were reported according to Lincolnshire police,Lincolnshire fire and rescue and network rail were on the scene and the road was closed for some time.
Looks like he didn’t use all the height that was available to him ,stayed to left by the look of it,roofs across the opposite lane so I’d guess more likely to hit passing cars than those behind, but either way very lucky
Got his lift ax up as well.
I bet if he was a flat he would of taken the middle of the road with out need.
Think I need to go to Spec Savers I cant see his trailer!!
Is that not a strange line to take? Is he in the cycle lane?
why would you keep to the left when it clearly says high vehicles use middle of the road. well i suppose his a rigid driver after all
im only joking

Harsh but fair
I wonder who is going to admit to approaching Arch bridges in cars and slowing down to use the middle on there days off
Another example of driver quality of the ■■■■■■■■ variety that we see more and more of these days, harsh but true.
Quick to jump on the bandwagon there boys and slag one of your own off again! Don’t know the complete story but I believe the woman racing down the hill and around the corner because she was late for the school run causing said driver to swerve to the left to avoid an accident and possibly sacrificing his job might have something to do with it.

It looks like he’s stopped in a paralell straight line so I reckon he hasn’t swerved, and even if he had he’s got far enough under so he hasn’t exactly approached it with caution at an appropriate speed has he, reckon the ■■■■■■■■ driving is about right.
