I don’t imagine they’d need a sniffer dog to find 30kg of cocaine under a truck bed, that’s bigger than a bag of coal.

Similar to what I did when I was docking, I always showered at work and placed my dirty skidders inside out at the top of my kit bag and the faces on the port police was always a picture when they asked if they could look inside my sports holdall and funny enough they never delved deeper .
That is not an insignificant amount, not even Keith Richards would believe that was just for personal use

But the DVSA know that this happened, I’ve had chats about it with them about it on more than one occasion and they just accept that it is something that used to be considered to be fairly normal but is less so now. I certainly can’t imagine them trying to prosecute an offence that occurred in the 1980s.

different but try telling that to soldiers that are getting pulled in for alleged crimes in the 80s but when ira members get pulled a a get out of jail free letter appears
Just goes to show you never know who you’re chatting too. One forum I used to post on one bloke was jailed for boinking two 14 year olds (a mother founds pics of said ■■■■■■■■■ on her kid’s phone) and another for child ■■■■
