ive got a 430 Daf that never had a lot of poke in it from new. Last Summer I bought an ECU off a 480 from a breaker and my local Daf dealer mapped it to my motor (after a little peruasion). I had to buy a new turbo for a 480 but apart from that its exactly the same motor. It now pulls like a train. The 95XF is exactly the same lump from 380, 430 to 480
and the 530 
And there all [zb] as well 
Don’t know how true it is, however we were told by a Friendly Daf fitter that to up the power on our 410’s we would need to clone an other unit that had a 460 or higher in it. This might then lead to problems in the event of a breakdown. How true it is i have no idea… and yes a 410 on general ■■■■■!!!

Thats right. two ‘07’ and a ‘08’ plate…
i think your only real probs would be if the vehicles are on a R&M CVC contract etc…as DAVIE can tell it the vehicle has been altered …if not on a contract nothing should be a problem…
we have had our 05 430 daf done mate fuel wise its better not by loads but over 12 months it will save you and with prices as they are thats gotta be worth it and power wise you can tell the difference too

yes, but, have you had any mechanical problems with it after it was remapped?
Just get it done you tight git… and dont be silly with the % of upgrade, and u be fine

no, that is Scania 
You’ll be ok with the remap Rob just make sure you fit a Zip between the heads and the block for quicker strip downs
6 months in mate and no problems,the bloke did say if there is a slight weak point on the intercooler it will find it and make it worse at a quicker rate

hey, i don’t want it having that much power, just a little bit more than it has already got will do nicely

Hi Brian hope life is treating you well i belive the coal came from Nottinghamshire as i was told all the coal in Barnsley went on trying to make the ghostzapper climb the hills
