I am new to the forum and I recently gained my Category CE Licence. I am currently living and working in Ireland but I am thinking of relocating to the UK in October (I am currently doing a short-term non driving job) and I was just wondering what locations would be best in order to find driving work.

Most areas in the UK are wanting drivers and a lot of us
are camping out in digs, campervans and caravans and having a
great time,so if you want work and live on the cheap there are
plenty of options,also It would give you the chance to see if you
like it here first before you waste money on a pad.

Have to agree did a year in Rugby a few years back plenty if work and cheap place to live sign on to at least four agencies and you should be well covered
From reading these post I know areas around Bristol - Avonmouth, around Dartford bridge (Purfleet, West Thurrock) and the North-West between Manchester and Liverpool around Warrington are good for looking for a driving job as well.

It is hard to focus in on just one area, so google has played a part and I have kind of focused on areas that have airports close by, just to allow for ease of movement and perhaps get a long weekend back home at some stage.
I think I have narrowed down the search and I am looking at the Bristol area at the moment.
