hello all, quick question, ive reduced to nine hours rest twice this week so if i was to work a 14 hours shift tomorrow is that me for the week IE 3 reductions done or can i reduce again

if you work anything over a 13 hour duty time, how can you get a full rest period of 11 hours?

Its a max of 3 reduced daily rest BETWEEN WEELY RESTS not per week so if you have done 2 reduced daily rests already since your last weekly rest and do a 14 hour shift tomorrow then that’s your lot until the next weekly rest has been taken
unless you take a split rest ie 3hrs followed by 9 hrs
