BRISTOL A4174 Avon Ring Road

Junction 3 M32 that’s the 1st junction as you come off the M4.
Exit Left onto the Avon Ring road A4174 and your now in a 30MPH limit due to road works … This limit is in operation at ALL HOURS. The speed limit is also in force coming the other way on that stretch.

I do but normally coming out about 08.00 ish thus taking about an hour to get to the M32. :unamused:
