Just after a little advice I think I’ve broken the law with regards to reduced rest, driving isn’t the main part of my work so it’s not normally an issue. Anyway there were no split rests and the hours were as follows.
Start Monday-14:10-17:15
Tuesday-12:15-01:35
Wednesday-10:35-19:20
Thursday-04:20-18:50
Friday-03:50-18:30- full weekly rest
I believe I have inadvertently reduced 4 times?
Unless my maths is wrong (which is fairly plausible to be fair!) it looks like you’ve reduced 3 times.
Unless you get a pull I wouldnt worry about it. Its not a hanging offence.
First time I did trunking I got myself in a hell of a mess with about two dozen infringments. After a month they disappeared and I never heard anything about them
Looks fine to me. I can only see 3 reduced daily rest periods.
Snowman why would he worry about getting a pull? It’s perfect legal to have 3 reduced daily rest periods between 2 weekly rest periods so unless I’m missing something it should be happy days.
Looks like 4 to me.
Monday: Worked 3h 5m, rest period 19h
Tuesday: worked 13h 20m, rest period 9h
Wednesday: worked 8h 45m, rest period 9h
Thursday: worked 14h 30m, rest period 9h
Friday: worked 14h 40m, rest period 9h 20m

Tuesday-12:15-01:3513 hour 10 min worked, auto reduced rest.
Wednesday-10:35-19:208 hours 45 worked, rest of 9 hrs. Reduced rest.
Thursday-04:20-18:5014hr 30 worked, auto reduced rst
Friday-03:50-18:30- full weekly rest 14 hr 40 worked auto reduced rest

Regardless of POA and rest, if your start time is 13 hours or more after your start time, you’re on a reduced rest. This is because you can’t have a full 11 hours rest within 24 hours of your start time.
Definitely 4 reduced daily rest periods.
I wouldn’t worry about it though, mistakes happen
My bad it is 4, didn’t see Fridays but then it is 1am here so I’m going to forgive myself that one. Well unfortunately I pretty sure that is an offence punishable by death.
Oops
Forget it
Thanks folks, I was fairly sure it was 4 but not 100%. im sure they won’t hang me for it!

Ah, I was thinking driving time. You can only extend it twice.
My bad
You only reduced tue, wed, thurs Monday you had 19 hours off followed by the 3 - 9s off you didn’t reduce Friday because you went on your weekly rest

Even on the last shift of the working week only the rest that falls within the 24 hour period from the start of the shift counts towards the daily rest period.
Grave error, OP.
Looks like you’ll be made to wear the aforementioned Eddie Stobart Watch.
On a chain round your neck so we can all see it.
Don’t forget that Daily Rest reductions can be caused by both Spreadover of more than 13 hours and also by taking less than 11 hours between shifts.
