I work fri to tuesday 0000-0300 period.
Lately i have got more hours which is good but as you are allowed 3 reduce in a working week does that apply to me or does mine reset halfway threw ie sunday?

Reduced daily rests are reset after any weekly rest, either full or reduced.
You are allowed 3 reduced daily rests between your weekly rests whenever that may be, yes it applies to everyone.
Have a good read of the regs and make a note of which rules are for the fixed week from sunday midnight to sunday midnight and which rules apply to between weekly/daily rests
