At least he’s going fast enough not to annoy me

+1 lol

Relieves the boredom i suppose, i bet he’s a dab hand at texting on the move too.

Can’t be any worse than JF’s watching films
Spose one good thing this ■■■ is only in a car

Brain damaged, has to be :unamused:

I saw a car broke down yesterday on the hard shoulder of the managed section of the M6 between 9 and 10. With no hazards on I might add. A queue of cars built up behind and were looking to get round it. I saw it from quite far away being high up so was prepared for the worst. Which was lucky as some knob jockey just pulled into my lane without looking. He then straddled the hard shoulder and inside lane doing about 40mph. When I felt safe enough to pass him he was playing on his phone.

These people deserve to get crushed.

I hate to be pedantic but since its the daily rebel newspaper i will, thats the dakota hotel in the background which means its dual not motorway :grimacing:

That stretch at eurocentral isn’t really patrolled by the traffic police, but the M8 as a whole is one of the heaviest patrolled roads in the UK.

Oh the irony… playing a car racing game while driving a car!!! :unamused:

pretty shocking though! This dude really does deserve a pretty stern punishment.

He’s getting done for it!

nice to see the BBC are as reliable as the daily record in getting the road wrong. if its eurocentral, its the A8, not M8 :unamused:

Not the worst I’ve seen, also not the first or last time someone will do something as idiotic as that.

But on the plus side the police may actually do something about it this time. Even though when I reported someone for dangerous driving with video evidence from my dash cam which tracks, lat/long, speed and altitude, they wouldn’t do a thing because it wasn’t taken with a calibrated police camera, what ever the **** that might be.

In other words… sorry I can’t be bothered to fill out all the paperwork thank you for your time.

“Calibrated” means it’s a camera that still has the white lines on the road in the direction it’s actually facing in (why have so many cameras been turned to face the other way?) as opposed to “A camera with no alcohol” which has turned up as an answer on a “1000 question” PC road test…
Shouldn’t that be “Kaliburated”?

I had the unfortunate duty to be in central London on Sunday last,(A regimental thing).
The amount of money on show is ■■■■■■■ obscene!
With every other car being a BMW,Audi,Merc,Range Rover,Lexus, and all top of the range, made me feel quite the peasant in my 11 plate Volvo.
One would think that with expense not seeming to be a problem, they would have Bluetooth installed as I have in my car,but no,most of them have to be SEEN punching out texts or numbers whilst driving,at the same time as driving like knobheads.
Police? The only few you see are rushing about with blues and twos going, too busy to bother any toff just because they’re on their mobile.
Glad to get out of the ■■■■■■■■ and back to the real world.

Hiya that lad should get a good fine. a two months ban…then can only drive a morris 1000 or simular
