Had to pick up a load today,sent with 4 different reference numbers,2 chilled,2 frozen,told to see if I could find out who’s took what and grab what’s left,was expecting to be told to do one at barrier ,come back when I knew what load I had come for,but no,they couldn’t of been more helpfully,sorted it all out,got me a load,on a bay and loaded
I know we all like to moan about these types of places,but think you have to give credit where it’s due,and thought read boardall deserve a thumbs up for service 
.
One place I won’t mind going for a backhaul .
I wonder if there standard of service which I thought was excellent is the reason it seemed a really busy depot,if they behave towards customers like they do visiting drivers I’d of thought they’d have customers falling over themselves to use there services.

McBurneys are the same never ask for reference, and 9 times out of 10 in out in an hour
Good place to tip as well.
They can tip 26T of frozen and have your notes signed in 10 minutes.
Thats 10 minutes from arriving to leaving.
