Pretty long hours for a flat salary but it’s meant to be a decent place to work. Knew someone who worked there and he had no complaints. Palletised multi drop to shops, markets and garden centres on a curtain sider. Some drops are handball, some just a case of opening the curtains for a forkie.

Ye it says 48 hours a week, was your mate doing more than that?
